About Me

I help leaders think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and perform effectively when the stakes are high.

My approach to executive coaching is grounded in more than theory. I have spent nearly two decades leading, advising, developing, and coaching people in complex, high-accountability environments where decisions matter, relationships matter, and leadership is tested in real time. That experience shaped a coaching philosophy centered on clarity, self-awareness, accountability, and practical action.

As an ICF-credentialed executive and leadership coach, I have completed more than 500 hours of coaching with leaders at multiple levels, including senior executives and leaders operating in demanding government, military, technical, and organizational environments.

I do not believe coaching is about giving leaders a script to follow. My role is to create the space, challenge, structure, and accountability necessary for clients to identify what matters most, recognize what may be getting in their way, and determine the actions that will move them forward.

Clients can expect thoughtful questions, candid conversation, practical application, and a coaching relationship built around their goals rather than a predetermined formula.
